How often should I post?
It depends on your audience and your team's capacity to feed the engine. The floor for being seen as 'active' is roughly 12 posts a month — three a week. The floor for being seen as 'serious' (consistently in the algorithm and showing up in search) is closer to 20+. Anything more than 30 starts to hit diminishing returns unless you have a specific reason (commerce launches, content-driven business model, daily news cycle).
Do I need TikTok?
Maybe. If your audience is under 35 and your product or service is visual, yes — TikTok is where that audience makes purchase decisions now. If your audience is older or your product is high-consideration / B2B, you probably don't need it. We'll tell you straight on the call. We won't add a platform just to charge for it.
What happens if I don't like the content?
You see and approve every post before it goes live. If something doesn't feel right, we adjust before publishing — no surprises. If a piece is fundamentally off-brand, we reshoot or rewrite it as part of the retainer. The feedback loop is built into the workflow, not bolted on.
Do you shoot all the content?
Yes, on our shoot days. We bring camera, lighting, audio, and a teleprompter — and pre-write scripts for any team member who'd rather read than improvise. You can also send us footage you shoot yourself; we'll edit and post it within the content calendar. We don't require you to be a content creator.
What if we want a one-time multi-day shoot — like a 50-clip library in one go?
That's a different product — see our Content Days page. Multi-day, full-crew productions (the Laraway model) are quoted separately because they're project-based, not retainer-based. Your monthly Organic retainer covers the recurring shoot day; one-time productions are bolt-on or standalone.
How does this work with paid ads?
