Privacy policy.

Last updated: April 19, 2026 Effective: April 19, 2026

Sculpted Media LLC ("Sculpted Media," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use sculptedmedia.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Sculpted Media LLC is a marketing studio based in Traverse City, Michigan. You can reach us at hello@sculptedmedia.com or via the contact form at /contact.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the Site:

  • Information you give us directly — when you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, the service you're asking about, and any message you send.
  • Booking information — if you book a strategy call through our embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects your name, email, and selected time slot. That data is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy and is also forwarded to us so we can join the call.
  • Technical information — like most sites, we receive standard web logs through our hosting provider (Cloudflare): IP address, browser type, referrer URL, the pages you visited, and the time of your visit. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and basic traffic analysis. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
  • Spam-protection data — Cloudflare Turnstile is used to verify that form submissions come from humans, not bots. Turnstile is privacy-respecting by design and does not track users across sites.
  • Optional analytics — if and when we enable Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel, those tools may set cookies in your browser to count visits and measure conversions. You can decline these cookies via the consent banner that appears on your first visit (see Cookies, below).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and the Site is not directed at children.

3. How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • Reply to your inquiry or schedule a call with you.
  • Provide the marketing services you've engaged us for.
  • Improve the Site, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We do not rent it either.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the third-party service providers that make the Site work, and only to the extent each one needs to do its job:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the Site, provides DDoS / bot protection (Turnstile), and routes form submissions through our worker.
  • Resend — delivers transactional email when you submit the contact form.
  • Calendly — handles booking when you reserve a strategy call.
  • Klaviyo (only if enabled) — adds your email to our list when you submit a form, so we can follow up.
  • Google Analytics, Meta (only if enabled, and only if you accept cookies) — aggregate traffic and conversion measurement.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We have selected providers with strong privacy practices, but their handling of your data is governed by their own terms.

We may also disclose information if required by law (subpoena, court order, etc.) or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to do business with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). Server access logs are retained by Cloudflare per their standard policy. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your rights, below).

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use them sparingly:

  • Essential cookies — none on the Site itself. Cloudflare Turnstile is privacy-respecting and does not set tracking cookies. Calendly may set its own cookies if you open the booking widget; those are governed by Calendly.
  • Analytics cookies — only set if you accept them via the consent banner on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for sculptedmedia.com.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that's wrong.
  • Delete your information (subject to any legal retention obligations on our side).
  • Opt out of any marketing email — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, and the right to request deletion of that information. We do not sell personal information, so the CCPA "Do Not Sell" right does not apply.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@sculptedmedia.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information — encrypted-in-transit form submissions (HTTPS), encrypted-at-rest secrets (Cloudflare Workers Secrets), bot protection on every form, and access-controlled email accounts. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your information with the same care we'd want for our own.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged via a banner on the Site for 30 days after they take effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
