Get more customers.
Without burning your budget on bad creative.
Meta, Google, and MNTN campaigns — built, run, and optimized by the same team that makes the creative. Not a junior account manager with a checklist.
Anyone can launch a campaign. The hard part is knowing which one to run.
Most agencies hand your account to a junior who follows a playbook. The playbook worked in 2022. It's April 2026. Meta's algorithm has shifted three times. Google's rolled out Performance Max, Demand Gen, and AI Overviews. MNTN exists as a platform now. If your ads aren't performing, it's not because you need 'more creative' or 'a bigger budget.' It's because nobody's making the right calls on which audience to kill, which creative to scale, and when to pivot.
That's what we do. Every week. On your account. Specifically.
Every tier, every month.
- Platform-native campaign build — Meta, Google, MNTN, or any combination. Built from scratch on your account, not copied from a template.
- Weekly optimization — bid adjustments, creative swaps, audience refinement, negative keyword mining. Not a quarterly review. Every week.
- Monthly strategy call — 30 minutes to review what's working, what's not, and what we're changing. You get the dashboard beforehand so you come prepared.
- Monthly performance dashboard — the same format shown in our case studies. Every metric that matters in one place, updated in real time.
- Ad copy rotation and A/B testing — we test headlines and copy weekly. Creative assets are billed under the Creative pillar, but copy testing is included here.
- Klaviyo email flow integration (add-on, $500/mo) — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase. Because most e-commerce ROAS is actually email ROAS dressed up as Meta ROAS.

All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. 6-month plans receive 10% off and a waived setup fee. Setup fees: $500 Starter / $1,000 Growth / $2,000 Scale. For ad spend over $100K/mo, multi-location brands, or multi-market campaigns, we build custom plans.
Three questions to find your tier:
- How much are you currently spending on paid ads per month?
- How many platforms are you running on?
- Are you planning to scale up, stay steady, or restructure?
Unsure? Book a 30-minute call and we'll pick for you.

Restructured Meta account for creative testing and audience segmentation. Launched Google Ads from zero with focused branded and high-intent product terms. Built monthly spend scaling plan as results justified larger budget.
Specific questions about paid ads.
How much should my ad spend actually be?
For most small-to-mid businesses, the right starting ad spend is roughly 10–20% of your target monthly revenue from ads. If you want to generate $30K/month from ads, plan for $3K–$6K/month in ad spend to start. From there, spend scales with ROAS — if we're consistently hitting 4x+, we recommend increasing spend every 30 days. If ROAS is flat, we fix the funnel before we scale the budget.
Meta vs. Google — which should I run first?
Depends on your business. If customers are actively searching for what you sell (plumbers, lawyers, b2b software, high-intent purchases), start with Google. If your product is discovery-driven (fashion, home goods, consumer e-commerce), start with Meta. Most scaled brands run both — we typically launch the primary channel first and layer the second at month two.
What happens if the ads aren't working?
We fix them. Every retainer includes weekly optimization and creative testing. If after 90 days we haven't hit your core KPI — usually ROAS or cost per lead — we sit down and either restructure the approach or end the engagement. We'd rather lose a client than have a client losing money under our watch.
Why do you charge a percentage of ad spend above a threshold?
Because managing a $30K/month account requires materially more work than a $10K account — more optimization, more creative testing, more reporting. A flat fee would either underprice scale accounts or overprice small ones. The hybrid model lines up cost with effort.
Do I keep my ad accounts if I leave?
Yes. Always. Your Meta and Google accounts stay yours, with all the data and pixel history intact. We run the accounts as admins. When we part ways, we remove our access and hand everything over. This is the industry-ethical standard and we follow it.
Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes. We specialize in Google Ad Grant management for 501(c)(3) nonprofits — the $10,000/month in free Google Ads credit most nonprofits either never claim or lose within 90 days because of Google's strict compliance requirements. We handle the approval process, build campaigns that meet the 5% CTR minimum, and maintain the account so the grant stays active. See our Marketing for Nonprofits page for details.
